Getting the right measurements is one of the most important parts of ordering custom clothing.
There are two types of measurements:
Body Measurements : These are taken directly from your body.
Garment Measurements: These are taken from a coat or jacket that already fits you well.
Please let us know which type of measurements you're sending, as there is usually a 1–2 inch difference between body measurements and garment measurements. When making your garment, we also include the appropriate wearing ease to ensure a comfortable fit.
If you're unsure how to take your measurements, simply send us a message,we'll be happy to guide you step by step. You can also visit the CraftStudioByMalik Measurement Guide for detailed instructions
Leather – Keep away from water and heat; clean with a soft dry cloth.
Wool – Dry clean only; avoid rough handling.
Cotton – Hand wash gently in cold water and air dry.
Velvet – Spot clean only; avoid pressing or ironing.
For all items, store in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
Every order starts with a conversation.
We first discuss all the details with our customer, including measurements, sizing, design preferences, fabric, lining, buttons, and any custom changes they'd like to make. Once everything is finalized, we write down all the production notes and prepare the pattern according to the customer's measurements.
Next, we source the fabric, lining, buttons, and other materials from the local market based on the customer's preferences. If needed, we share the options with the customer for approval before moving forward.
Once everything is approved, our tailoring team begins cutting the pattern and carefully stitching the garment by hand. Since every piece is made from scratch and customized
As a custom-made shop, our availability depends on our current production schedule. Every garment is handmade and created specifically for each customer, so we do not produce items in bulk or keep ready-made stock.
Each order is carefully crafted according to the customer's measurements, preferences, and any requested customizations. Because of this detailed process, every piece requires time, care, and attention to ensure the highest quality.
Our focus has always been quality over quantity. Rather than accepting unlimited orders, we take on only the amount of work we can complete to the standard our customers expect. This allows us to deliver truly custom-made garments with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define

Our shop is proudly managed across two countries, allowing us to combine excellent customer service with skilled craftsmanship.
I manage the Australian side of the business, including customer communication, order updates, shipping coordination, and tracking, while my brother oversees production in Pakistan. We work together every day to ensure each order is handled with care from start to finish.
Pakistan is home to many highly skilled tailors and artisans, and we're fortunate to work with talented people we know and trust. Like every country, there are both excellent and poor businesses, but we've built our team around honesty, quality, and attention to detail.

Most of our designs begin with our customers. Many clients come to us with their own ideas, reference images, or custom requests, and with their permission, we may later showcase those finished creations in our shop to inspire future customers.
We also research fashion styles and tailoring traditions from publicly available sources for inspiration. Our creative team shares ideas, and one of our long-time customers, who is also part of our design team, helps develop original concepts using her creativity and AI-assisted design tools. AI is used only to visualize and refine ideas.
Before any design is listed, our team reviews and approves it to ensure it meets our quality and design standards.
Every Dress is Handmade !
Thank you
Most international orders are shipped from Pakistan using DHL Express, which typically delivers within 4–6 business days after dispatch.
We always do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible, and if your order is ready earlier than expected, we'll let you know. We believe that clear communication, reliability, and keeping our commitments are the foundation of great customer service.
Please note that DHL requires a valid contact number for shipping. If a customer does not provide a contact number or doesn't respond to our messages requesting this information, we may not be able to ship with DHL. In that case, we'll use an alternative courier service, which may have a longer delivery time.
Providing your contact details and replying
Every order is made especially for you and is not mass-produced. Creating a handmade custom dress takes time, skill, and careful attention to every detail.
