I'm Malik, the founder of CraftStudioByMalik. I manage our Australian operations, including customer support, shipping, and order updates, while my brother oversees production in Pakistan. Together, we work closely to ensure every order receives the attention it deserves.
Our creative team researches fashion, tailoring, and customer ideas to develop new concepts. We use AI only as a creative visualization tool to help refine designs and protect our original work. Every final garment is handcrafted by our experienced tailoring team.
Every piece in our shop is made to order. We are not a dropshipping business, and we don't produce garments in bulk. Each order is created for one customer at a time, with custom sizing and personalized details. That's why quality craftsmanship usually takes time.
To serve our customers efficiently, we operate through Australia and Pakistan. Australia handles customer support, shipping, and order management, while production is carried out in Pakistan by skilled artisans. This allows us to maintain quality while serving customers worldwide.
